There are places like that that invite you in. Places where the atmosphere draws you naturally, where the tables make you want to sit down. That’s exactly what I felt the first time I walked past Single Shot.
The discovery was even more wonderful than expected. I had some of the best cocktails in the city there. The bartender does an incredible job : precise, perfectly balanced, each drink really awakens the palate. The food is just as impressive. The ingredients are fresh and seasonal, prepared with great care and accuracy. The dishes are flavorful and thoughtful.
It’s a place I love coming back to : with friends, for a date, for the food, or simply to enjoy a great cocktail after a day of work.
